It performs the earliest stage of orchestration within the [Fountain‑Coach GitHub organization](https://github.com/Fountain-Coach). --- ## Project Status This service is in **pre-alpha**, fully containerized, and part of the FountainAI microservice stack. --- ## What It Does The Bootstrap Service coordinates three core tasks: 1. **Corpus Initialization** — creates an empty semantic corpus in the [Baseline Awareness Service](https://github.com/Fountain-Coach/baseline-awareness-service). 2. **Role Seeding** — injects default GPT analysis roles. 3. **Reflection Kickoff** — submits an initial “role-health-check” reflection.
