# Foundation Models Adapter Toolkit Ops — Agent Guide

Scope: internal operations and compliance tooling for Apple Foundation Models adapter toolkit usage in Fountain Coach repositories.

Invariants
- Do not commit Apple toolkit bundles, model weights, exported adapters, or generated checkpoints.
- Keep this repository private.
- Preserve FCIS layer orthogonality: AGENTS (policy/routing), PLANS (intent), Skills (procedures).
- For Apple software usage, maintain documented compliance posture and avoid redistribution through this repository.

Routing
- For multi-step or high-risk work, create or update `PLANS.md` before edits.
