# Reframe release surface

Status: **no released App surface recorded**.

The machine-readable source is [`evidence/2026-08-15/reframe-release-surface.json`](evidence/2026-08-15/reframe-release-surface.json).
It describes the current development snapshot, but its capability allow-list is intentionally empty because no named
distribution build, release tag, or release acceptance record exists yet.

## What this means

- [`COMMAND-ATLAS.md`](COMMAND-ATLAS.md) is a development/runtime command inventory.
- [`CAPABILITY-ATLAS.md`](CAPABILITY-ATLAS.md) is the governed registry boundary.
- Live-accepted means evidence-backed, not automatically shipped.
- Only a future named build with a reviewed capability allow-list can populate this page.
