marketplace, checkout, community platform, user-upload service, e-book product, or paid service.

Marktplatz, Checkout, Community-Angebot, Upload-Dienst, E-Book-Produkt oder kostenpflichtiger Dienst.

## Privacy and cookies / Datenschutz und Cookies

The site uses no accounts, forms, advertising, analytics, cookies, social embeds, or non-essential browser storage.
Technical request and security logs may be processed by Hetzner Cloud and the Caddy web server. The declared policy is
three days, for security and operations only; no analytics or profiling is performed. Privacy requests are handled at
the e-mail address above. No separate Data Protection Officer is appointed.

Die Website verwendet keine Konten, Formulare, Werbung, Analysewerkzeuge, Cookies, Social-Media-Einbettungen oder
nicht erforderliche Browser-Speicher. Technische Anfrage- und Sicherheitsprotokolle können durch Hetzner Cloud und den
Webserver Caddy verarbeitet werden. Die festgelegte Aufbewahrungsfrist beträgt drei Tage und dient ausschließlich
Sicherheit und Betrieb; es findet kein Tracking oder Profiling statt. Datenschutzanfragen werden unter der oben
genannten E-Mail-Adresse bearbeitet. Eine gesonderte Datenschutzbeauftragte bzw. ein gesonderter
Datenschutzbeauftragter ist nicht bestellt.

Nearly all publication material was produced with extensive AI assistance and reviewed and approved by Benedikt
Eickhoff. AI output is not presented as autonomous legal, editorial, or factual authority. Runtime claims remain tied
to the recorded registry, live evidence, and release boundary.
