## Chapter 96 implementation

The package scaffold establishes the provider-neutral boundary only. Typed RFC 8555 directory discovery and
deterministic JWK/JWS serialization are now present, with signing injected rather than owned by the package.
Remaining gates are CSR primitives, account/certificate persistence,
HTTP-01 validation, deterministic mock ACME server, order finalization, renewal/revocation, macOS/Linux builds,
opt-in staging evidence, DocC, security policy, and a reviewed 0.1.0 release. Until those gates pass, the public
status is governed proposal/scaffold—not ACME support or secure certificate deployment.
