# European publication compliance

This repository records the compliance scope for the Reframe Governance public projection. It is an engineering and
publication record, not legal advice, a conformity assessment, or a certification of European or national law.

The current surface is a static, evidence-backed technical publication. It has no accounts, forms, payments,
advertising, analytics, cookies, social embeds, non-essential browser storage, user-content upload, marketplace, or
e-commerce function. It discloses extensive AI assistance and human review, while keeping private runtime source,
manuscript material, credentials, and live Store data outside the public projection.

The machine-readable scope is [compliance/register.yaml](compliance/register.yaml). The public-facing explanation is
the [EU compliance page](site/compliance/index.html). The register uses `ready` only for the documented publication
controls in this bounded scope and `not_applicable` only where the described service is absent. Neither status replaces
qualified legal review. A change to hosting, audience, jurisdictions, personal-data processing, AI interaction,
uploads, payments, advertising, analytics, cookies, or embedded services requires a new review before publication.
