# FCIS compliance

This candidate binds to the FCIS-KIT boundary because it is an independently
owned, reusable capability. It is deliberately not a Reframe application,
instrument runtime, or publication service.

The implementation is admitted and released as `v0.1.0`. No provider,
hardware, security-review, or production-deployment claim is made by this
repository state.
