First admitted Fountain Coach release.

- Adds `FountainTextLayoutKit` with semantic roles, injectable measurement,
  deterministic wrapping, keep-together hints, source-preserving preformatted
  blocks, and explicit overfull diagnostics.
- Adds `FountainAppleTextLayoutKit` with proportional Apple system styles for
  semantic prose and a monospaced register only for code and Fountain source.
- Keeps Markdown/Fountain parsing and source preservation in
  `FountainMarkdownPresentationKit`.
- Excludes Reframe state/UI, AX, VRT, FountainStore, providers, credentials,
  MIDI2, ScoreKit, RulesKit, and Teatro.

Validation: 5/5 package tests pass on the release source revision.
