# Source and publication boundary

This repository is a public FCIS-Kit contract package for Fountain-Coach's Reframe Image Cloud.

## Current release state

- Status: Phase 0/1 core plus Phase 2 typed client/server fixture; not yet a hosted service and not yet integrated into Reframe.
- Authority: typed Swift contracts and focused tests in this repository.
- Validation: `swift test` and `swift build` pass on the development macOS host.
- Phase 2 evidence: `ImageCloudServer` with `InMemoryImageCloudObjectStore` passes duplicate-intake, content-address,
  status, and idempotency-conflict tests.
- Governance: Reframe Refactoring, Chapter 66 — FountainImagePublicationKit.
- Private data: no production images, prompts, manuscripts, credentials, cookies, personal data, or confidential
  rights evidence belong in this repository.
- Future adapters: Image Cloud transport/storage, Reframe/FountainStore, provider, Apple intake, image tools, and
  publication destinations must be separately identified and tested.
