# FCIS audit

Status: initial audit for Phase 0/1.

- AGENTS contains invariants and authority only.
- PLANS contains phase intent and acceptance.
- README and SOURCE distinguish shipped contracts from target service behavior.
- Core products have no Reframe, Photos, iCloud, provider SDK, or server-framework dependency.
- Tests use deterministic contract fixtures and contain no private source material.
- The Phase 2 fixture server uses an injected object-store port and exposes no production filesystem or cloud provider.
- Duplicate intake and idempotency conflict behavior are tested through the public typed client/server seam.
- AX, server transport, deployment, and publication acceptance are later phases and remain explicitly open.
