# FountainImagePublicationKit — Agent Guide

Scope: portable Swift contracts and adapters for the Fountain Image Cloud and rights-aware image publication.

Invariants:

- Core products are dependency-light, deterministic, and cross-platform.
- Reframe stores references, manifests, lineage, decisions, and receipts; it does not store image bytes as authority.
- Unknown rights, provenance, consent, terms, or disclosure fail closed for public delivery.
- Every derivative and delivery is content-addressed, idempotent, and receipt-bound.
- Apple Photos/iCloud is not the Image Cloud authority; any Apple adapter is optional intake only.
- No credentials, private prompts, image bytes, personal data, or confidential rights evidence enter public logs.
- Transport and storage are replaceable ports; deployment identity and endpoint are migratable.
- `AGENTS.md` states invariants only. Procedures belong in skills; phase intent belongs in `PLANS.md`.

Authority: this package's public contracts and tests are operational authority; the FountainImagePublicationKit
governance chapter is the design and acceptance contract; README claims must distinguish shipped and target behavior.
